Our jewelry is handcrafted in the goldsmith district of Arezzo, Italy.

Does VFS jewelry contain nickel?

Our jewels are tested and rigorously
nickel – free.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times in Italy are usually 4/5 working days.

In some periods of the year these times

Our e-gift card is a gift voucher
virtual purchase and spendable on our website within 12 months of receiving the activation email.

To use it, simply enter the
Gift card code at checkout; the gift card can be used multiple times until the credit runs out.

In case of a gift, the shipment will be made via
email to the indicated recipient.

The E-gift card can be purchased and
can only be used for orders delivered to the European Union.

Are VFS jewelry covered by a warranty?

Every VFS jewel has a 2-year guarantee, valid
for any manufacturing defects.

Can I put my jewelry in contact with water?

We always recommend keeping your jewelry
away from heat sources, perfumes, creams and water to preserve their shine
original.
